Veggies to Table co-founder Alain Ollier, French native and proficient baker of all that is sweet and sinful, will be our instructor in the art of making the iconic French macaron. Join us to learn how to perfectly make this famous French delicacy. And of course, there will be tasting along the way.
You can choose to come along for the morning session from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM or the afternoon session from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Each class will be 2 hours.
This event is hosted at the Local Batch Kitchen at 127 Elm Street in Damariscotta.
